The shiny new Allianz Stadium at Moore Park, Sydney is opening its doors to the public for a community open day

Dust off the pom poms and polish your footy boots, the shiny new Allianz Stadium at Moore Park, Sydney is opening its doors to the public for a community open day where you can rate the new sporting and entertainment facilities.
Gates will open at 11am on Sunday, August 28 for footy fans and die-hard concert-goers to enjoy a behind-the-scenes experience of the stadium including a tour of the not-yet-smelly change rooms and a chance to have a kick on the new world-class playing surface.
The new stadium will hit the ground running in early September with three events over five days including the NRL’s first match between the Roosters and Rabbitohs, the Wallabies vs Rugby World Cup winners South Africa, and an international friendly match between the Matildas and Canada on September 6.
Community Open Day tickets are free and include public transport. You can book up to six tickets for you and your buddies.
