Their mother, 42-year-old Trish Smith, was arrested after emergency services were called to their Blue Mountains home at 12.40pm on September 10.

The kids' father Nick Smith discovered the bodies of Russell and Ben, aged nine and 11, at the home on Chapman Parade, Faulconbridge.
Mr Smith said he "cannot understand how our boys have been taken this way".
But said he appreciated "the kindness and compassion shown by the community".
"The loss of our two beautiful boys has caused unimaginable pain and distress," Mr Smith said.
"Russell and Ben were happy, funny, outgoing boys, and were very much loved by their family and friends.
"Like other boys their age, they loved sports, soccer, the Penrith Panthers, fishing, books, music, spending time with their friends and Max their pup."
Faulconbridge community members have laid wreaths, floral bouquets, toys and cards at the Chapman Parade home as tributes to the young boys.
Ms Smith remains under police guard in hospital for a number of injuries allegedly sustained on the day of deaths.
Police have not laid charges.
