A woman died and a child was injured when a motorcycle collided with a car on the Far South Coast on Sunday, October 13.

While a number of the woman's friends have offered tributes and condolences on social media, ACM understands not all members of her family have been informed, so authorities have not revealed her name and details at this stage.
Emergency services were called to Old Mill Road at Wolumla, about 20km south of Bega, about 1pm after reports of the crash.
The rider, a 34-year-old woman, died at the scene.
The pillion passenger - a six-year-old boy - was treated by paramedics for non-life-threatening injuries before being airlifted to a Sydney Children's Hospital in a stable condition.
The car's driver, 28-year-old woman, was treated for shock before being taken to South East Regional Hospital in Bega for mandatory testing.
Officers attached to South Coast Police District have begun an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
A report is being prepared for the coroner.

The collision closed the Princes Highway in both directions near Old Mill Road for about six hours, before reopening about 7pm.
