A neighbourhood has been targeted by a gang of thieves as hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of cars, including a Ferrari, were stolen in two days.

Alleged thieves were spotted stealing cars in Truganina, in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, in the early hours of January 29 and 30.
The unknown offenders started the campaign of vehicle theft at 1.40am on January 29 when they allegedly stole two cars from a home on Cottee Road.
A 2010 white Toyota RAV4 wagon, with registration XRR797, and a 2012 maroon Toyota Kluger, with registration ZAG867, were taken from the home, police said.
The offenders then broke into a house on Everton Road, stealing a 2014 white Lexus with registration KIENG, and valuables from the home.

The following night the alleged thieves broke into a home on Semaphore Road and stole a black Ferrari, with registration 488OO, worth $500,000.
The Ferrari, Rav4 and Toyota Kluger have since been recovered nearby.
The investigation remains ongoing.
