On Friday, June 27, emergency services were called to Storey Avenue in Eden at 3.45am following reports of a crash.
Officers attached to the South Coast Police District attended and found a sedan had rolled down an embankment, approximately seven metres off a dirt road.
There were reportedly five occupants in the vehicle.
NSW Ambulance personnel assessed all individuals on the scene.
"One patient was a male in his late teens with minor hand and facial injuries," a NSW Ambulance spokesperson told Bega District News.
"Another patient was a male in his late teens with a back injury.

"There was also a female in her teens with a minor hand injury and rib injury."
The 15-year-old male driver and a 17-year-old male passenger were uninjured, a NSW Police spokesperson said.
Police began inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
"The driver was subjected to a breath test at the scene, which returned an alleged positive result," the NSW Police spokesperson told Bega District News.
"He was arrested and taken to Eden Police Station.
"[He] was subject to a secondary breath analysis, which returned an alleged reading of 0.012."
The driver was dealt with under the Young Offenders Act.
The Act aimed to divert young offenders from the traditional court system by offering alternatives like warnings, cautions, and youth justice conferences.
