NSW Police Chief Inspector Shane Jessep told Bega District News that a teenager was charged at Bega Police Station on Wednesday, September 10.
"Following investigations into a number of matters that occurred in Merimbula and Eden over the past month, police from the South Coast Police District arrested and charged a 15-year-old male," Chief Inspector Jessep said.
The teenager was charged with driving a conveyance without the consent of the owner, armed with intent to commit an indictable offence, stalking, intimidating, intent to cause fear of physical harm, common assault, and possession of a knife in a public place.
He was refused bail by the police and was to appear in children's court via AVL.
Chief Inspector Jessep said another teenager was charged in relation to the stolen car incident.
"Police also charged a 15-year-old male with police pursuit, two [times] steal motor vehicle, take and drive conveyance without consent of owner," Chief Inspector Jessep said.

He will front children's court at a later date.
It was reported that one of the cars was stolen from Eden and the other was from Pambula Beach, and both vehicles had been recovered.
Chief Inspector Jessep said it was a reminder to the community to lock their vehicles, remove valuables, and to ensure keys were not left inside vehicles either.
"That's the main crime spike we've had lately," Chief Inspector Jessep said.
"We've made a dint in it. And hopefully, with some reminding, it removes that opportunity for those kinds of [people]."
