The afternoon workshop held by Vicki Parsley was packed to capacity with 35 participants taking part, learning how to weave baskets and make string using Australian native grasses.
Species of native Club Rush, Tall Spike Rush and Devil’s Twine were used and progress was slow.
Everyone agreed that the workshop had been a lot of fun.
