SOMEONE broke into a shed at the Barlow’s Bay oyster sheds on Riverview Road, Narooma between 4.30pm last Tuesday and 6.30am the next day.
Access was gained through a roller door and 100 dozen oysters, a bag of rope and a chainsaw were stolen.

Chainsaws stolen
A PADLOCK on a property gate in the Quaama area was cut between Thursday, May 7 and last Monday. Thieves gained access to a portable saw mill with four Husqvarna and two Stihl chainsaws stolen.
Anyone with information should contact local police or Crimestoppers.
Brogo accident
THE 61-year-old driver of a utility had a rear tyre blow out at 12.30pm on Sunday causing the vehicle to veer left and roll down an embankment.
A witness was able to get to the driver and remove him from the utility as he was trapped inside and against a tree.
The Brogo RFS, a Bega ambulance, the Bega VRA and the Cobargo police officer attended, but no further action will be taken against the driver.
Rings found
NAROOMA police have three rings found at the Narooma Plaza last week. One ring was handed in to police on Friday, while the other two were handed in on Monday by supermarket staff.
The rings can be claimed by anyone correctly describing them.
Disqualified driver
A 25-year-old man was stopped on the Princes Highway, Narooma at 11am Friday and found be driving while disqualified and also driving an unregistered and uninsured vehicle.
He was issued with court attendance notices.
