If your family is looking for an active pup who will grow into a larger sized dog, then consider Zarla, a 5-month-old pup already displaying good manners due to her calm nature.
Zarla is of mixed breed with a tan coat and black points and splashes of white. If a Staffy is the right breed for you, we have Nugget, a charcoal and white male with that engaging Staffy smile. For information please ring Elaine on 0410 016 612.
AWL kittens are still abounding! If cuddles and purrs appeal to you, ask about Calypso and her six black kittens with names all starting with C’s.
Calypso is only 1 years old and needs a new family herself. Narla at eight weeks is our youngest kitten. Cats: Kitty at six and Pussy at five are mature females who can offer faithful, loving company, while Bella, 2, a black and white, and Emmy, 1, a tabby, are lively females. Murphy, almost 1, is a handsome male tabby.
AWL pets for re-homing are vet-checked, de-sexed, vaccinated, micro-chipped and all are filled with love, eager for a new home. De-sexing vouchers offering financial help are available during August, so ring 0466 012 426 and leave a message to get this offer from Eurobodalla Branch AWL.

Helpful hints:Did you know that failure to remove your pets droppings from public places may result in a hefty fine? By confining your dogs pets to your property, or keeping them on a lead when walking and picking up and disposing of droppings, you help assist in preserving public open space privileges for both owners and pets alike. BVSC Shire Council provides disposal bags for dog faeces in some areas but owners should always be prepared and carry their own bags for this purpose.
A “Pooch Pouch” attached to your dogs leash is a great idea so bags are always on hand. Cat owners can help as well by keeping cats confined to their property.
Desexing: If you need financial help to de-sex your pet please visit your local Veterinary clinic for a subsidy application form. Subsidies are provided through the fundraising efforts of members of Animal Welfare League NSW Far South Coast Branch. Call 0400 372 609 for further details.
