The Narooma News put out a call for baby photos and was delighted to receive the lovely story of little Tristan Nunn who fought to be healthy after being born three-months premature.
Crystal Flanders and her partner Luke Nunn are the proud parents of Tristan Xavier Nunn, who was born three months early last year.
His due date was June 1, 2016 but he was born on March 14, 2016.
“I got flown from Moruya Hospital to Sydney Women’s Hospital in Randwick, where I gave birth to him at a tiny 1150 grams.”
They were in Sydney for three weeks until Canberra Hospital could find a bed for little baby Tristan. He and mum were in the Canberra Hospital for another two months until being able to go back home to Narooma.
“He had a rough start but he is a little fighter and is now a healthy 9kg,11-month-old baby boy who is perfect,” mum Crystal reports.
Thanks so much for sharing your lovely story Crystal, and if you have any baby photos or stories, please send them to stan.gorton@fairfaxmedia.com.au
