Todd Andrew Elliston, 35, of Narooma, faces charges of negligent driving, driving a motor vehicle while his licence was suspended and not wearing a seat belt properly.
Solicitor Tony Cullinan said Eliiston had no recollection of the accident and was contesting whether he was the driver in the incident. The case was adjourned to October 12.
