UPDATE 12.30pm: Marine Rescue NSW’s region operations manager Monaro, Glenn Sullivan said the search was ongoing with vessels from Batemans Bay, Narooma and Bermagui currently conducting an offshore search out from Coila Lake and beach.

The Tuross Head Marine Rescue unit was also carrying out support roles from shore.
The Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter and surf life savers from various branches were also still actively searching the area.
Earlier: The Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter at 10am was continuing the search for woman thought to be missing in the ocean off the entrance to Coila Lake.
The service was alerted to the missing person at 7am and brought its helicopter crew in early, launching at 8.30am.
Emergency services will continue the wide search for a woman missing from Coila on the morning of Thursday, December 14, 2017.
Crews, including Far South Coast Surf Life Saving members, are expected to begin a coordinated search at 8am of the area, south of Moruya.
The Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter, Narooma, Moruya and Broulee SLSC crews are on scene.
