Art lovers can find plenty of inspiration at Narooma gallery

While taking a winter break why not browse the Montague Art and Craft Society (MACS) artist handicraft gallery at the Narooma Visitor Information Centre?

Artistic gifts are available, all made by locals. You also can taste local honey and cheeses, or just check out activities to do with your visiting family.

If you feel like joining in outdoor painting on Tuesday mornings at local beauty spots then come along and bring your easels.

Check for venues at the centre as they do vary each week.

Library users can find a new display of art on the walls to enjoy. Join in a free library chat with MACS artist Gary Caldow this Wednesday, July 11 at 2pm.

Gary has a military background that often figures in his art work so this interesting talk is not to be missed.

Phone for any MACS information on 4476 2881 or check out the website for activity groups held at the MACS Studios, 24 Glasshouse Rocks Road. The website address is: macsartnarooma.com.au.

Librarian Wendy Jackson is ready to welcome art-loving visitors to
the next Narooma Library talk on Wednesday, July 11th at 2 pm to hear MACS
artist Gary Caldow speak about his art journey.
