Narooma Devils ready to turn up the heat

The Narooma Devils are ready to once again host the Summer Mixed Touch Football competition this year. Last year was really successful with seven teams battling it out each week.

Now is the time to get your team organised. It’s seven a side, with a minimum of three women on the field at any time. Players must be 13.

Games will be played at Smyth Oval on Tuesday evenings, starting October 23, with games running through until the new year.

All information is on the Narooma Devils Facebook page. A registration fee of $60 for each team member must be paid before the first game.

In other news the Narooma Senior Devils Rugby League Club had their AGM last week with a strong committee formed again.

The executive is: president Will Monteith, senior vice-president Damien Rotumah, junior vice-president Paul Sweeney, secretary Bob Burnside and treasurer Tegan Mundy. There is also a strong general committee and the club welcomed new member Peter Zideluns.

After the U18s Premiership win the Devils will be looking to go further with First Grade next year so make sure you keep an eye on events.
