MACS Exhibition

Friday, May 24: The MAC's members' exhibition has a grand opening at 6pm at Club Narooma. Everyone is welcome. There are several categories of art and craft to view, a kid's activity table, an artistic surfboard raffle prize and entry is free.

Saturday and Sunday, May 25-26:The public is welcome to view from 10am - 9pm, and Monday morning until 2pm.

Busking Championship

Saturday, May 25: Narooma fills with music as 44 buskers take part in the third Narooma Regional Busking Championships. It is hosted by Narooma Rotary as part of the Australian National Busking Championships, and part of the River of Art. Each act performs at three or four of the 33 busker hot spots between 9am and 3pm. A free bus can take people between venues. A program showing hot spots and the busker timetable are available online and on the day.

Narooma Camera Club meeting

Tuesday, June 18: The meeting will be hosted by Shirley and Brain Gunter where photos will be shared of the recent Perisher Valley Club outing. Open competition photos will be shown and positive discussion and comments will be provided by the members present. The group meets at Club Narooma at 7pm each third Tuesday of the month. Visitors and new members welcome.

Narooma Public Whole School Variety Show

Wednesday, August 7: The matinee is at 12pm followed by an evening show at 6pm.

Thursday, August 8: The final evening show is at 6pm. Food and drink is available from 5pm. The show is supported by the school's P&C committee. Limited seating is available, purchase tickets at the school front office. For enquiries call 44762556.

Quota Trivia Night for Narooma Public School

Friday, August 16: Quota's next trivia night is coming up at Club Narooma. Funds raised will support the Narooma School of Arts Studios. To book a table contact Sue Sansom 0407503999 or email sueoos@bigpond.com. Teams can comprise up to eight people at each table. Doors open at 7 pm and games begin at 7.30. Entry fee of $10 includes a light supper and two raffle tickets.
