Golfers raised more than $4000 thanks to support from the club board, staff, and the many businesses and sponsors of the event. A big thank you to all.
The golf day is Legacy's only fundraiser outside of Badge Week, and helps provide support, security, and maybe a bit of joy to the approximately 120 war widows that live in the area.
Legacy has also broadened its assistance to include the wives and families of recently returned servicemen who find themselves in crisis.
The winning team consisted of Shaun Jones, Steven Jones, Shaun Kennedy, and John Harney, while Club Narooma's team finished as runners up.
Scott Kerr won the men's longest drive, while Dorelle Monteith won the women's.
Luke Donnelly and Libby Shortbridge were the nearest to pin winners on the 14th, and Ian Miller won the Golden Hole.
