A spokesperson said there were only two active cases in the district, including one in the Eurobodalla Shire, and one in the Goulburn Mulwaree.
There were no new reported cases.
A total of 50, out of 53 people diagnosed with the virus in the district, had "recovered", the Southern NSW Local Health District said.
"This means they are no longer under active surveillance by the public health unit," a spokesperson said.
"This includes someone who been diagnosed with COVID-19 and has now completed the required period of self-isolation, or someone who has previously been diagnosed with COVID-19 who no longer has the virus.
"A prior false positive test is categorised as a negative case, and is not included as a recovered case."
The spokesperon said the change in case numbers reflected the change of address of a confirmed case who was isolating in the region, and had since relocated after being released from isolation. It was now reflected in their statistics.
In the Southern NSW Health District, 2702 tests have been conducted, with 1.96 per cent of the tests positive. That is above the NSW average of 1.69 per cent.
Confirmed cases have not required hospitalisation and were self-isolating accordingly, the spokesperson said.
