George who recently turned 103 didn't have a chance to meet his new great great grandson until now. Mr Findley is a resident at Dalmeny retirement village, his son Bruce lives in Dalmeny but the rest of the family live in Sydney.
When Heath was born the family were hoping to bring him down the coast to meet his great great grandfather but unfortunately due to the bushfires the family weren't able to visit and then COVID-19 caused the Dalmeny retirement village into lockdown.
The family wanted to make sure that it was a priority for George to get to meet baby Heath as soon as possible.
George missed out on ANZAC Day and the family were unable to celebrate his 103rd birthday, so when restrictions were lifted the family took the opportunity to come together.
"Its not every day that you get a chance to get a five generation photograph so the family had to make sure it happened," granddaughter Rebecca Woodley said.
