Dr Gurdeep Bagari opened The Tuross Head Medical Centre on October 6. The centre was unoccupied for years before this, after the Queen Street Medical Centre.
Mr Bagari said Tuross Head needed medical services.
"I see the potential here," he said.
Parent centre, The Narooma Medical Centre, which he opened in 2017, would support his new venture.
Mr Bagari welcomed two new doctors, Dr Raj Kumar Pandey and Dr Abdul Sambo and was looking to hire more staff.
"I want a dietitian and at least one dental chair here in Tuross Head," he said.
"I think there is the demand for a dental chair here, as dentists in Moruya and Narooma are booked ahead for months. If there's a rotating dentist, they can do the needful things here."
He said an exercise physiologist and physiotherapist would also benefit the village.
"A lot of people here are of old age and they need help," he said.
There will soon be an onsite pathology and surgical specialists, such as Dr Sanjay Singh, would offer initial consults on a monthly basis.
Mr Bagari wants the shire to have all medical services available.
"No one in the Eurobodalla Shire should be going to Canberra or to Sydney, or anywhere else - we should have everything here," he said.
He looked forward to the new Eurobodalla Regional Hospital: "It will change the whole picture, not only with medical facilities but economically also."
Since COVID-19, Mr Bagari implemented telehealth services which have proved to be effective. He said private online consultations with psychiatrists, endocrinologists, neurologists, rheumatologists and more, were easily arranged.
"I just booked in one patient who came in with a weakness in part of his body," Mr Bagari said.
"We arranged a scan and appointment for him, then without going anywhere he will receive the right treatment from a specialist sitting in Melbourne."
Hailing from India, Dr Bagari moved to Australia for family. He developed a passion for skin procedures and cosmetic surgery. He is one of few doctors on the South Coast to undertake skin surgeries.
"I am trying to do many other procedures also, to reduce the load on the emergency department at Moruya hospital," he said.
He plans to open a cosmetic clinic that includes: laser, botox, body sculpting, melanoma-detecting technology, PRP (platelet rich plasma) regenerative medicine therapy and more.
