The Be Connected program has teamed up with NBN representatives to help shire residents with whatever tech goals they want to conquer.
Trish Pye of The Tech Exec said many in the community missed out on government grants after the bushfires.
"When the fires hit, a lot of people didn't know how to access benefits online - a lot people missed out," she said.
She said the COVID-19 pandemic has pushed people online more than ever.
"In these free sessions, we can teach people how to download the Service NSW App, and what's needed to do that.
"We can teach how to navigate other online service websites, how to use wifi properly, log in and check out safely."
Ms Pye is on a mission to educate people about what internet services are available and how to access them.
"We also provide information on online security and e-safety," she said.
The next available two-hour sessions are available throughout Thursday, January 28, at the Batemans Bay NBN Community Hub (access from the Woolworths Carpark and Clyde Street).
"Come in and work with us and the team at the NBN community hub to help solve challenges and learn how to use these tools," Ms Pye said.
