Eurobodalla Council's NAIDOC Week grants provide funding for projects that celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander history, culture and achievements. This year's NAIDOC Week theme is 'Heal Country'.
Recipient projects last year included school cultural days, a mural at Wallaga Lake, bush tucker and craft programs and a Clyde River and Batemans Bay Historical Society display.
Council's Youth Development Grants provide funds for projects that benefit local youth, such as social, educational, employment or cultural opportunities, skills development, leadership or resilience and mental health training.
Last year's successful youth development projects included leadership camps, support for LGBTQI inclusion, sports equipment and professional development activities.
Both grant programs are open to community groups, schools, and not-for-profit organisations.
Applications close 3pm, Wednesday, March 3.
