Every student has been busily rehearsing all term for today when it will all come together in a blaze of singing, dancing and acting.
You'll meet Lillie, the main character, whose love of reading leads her imagination to some exciting places - to the jungle where she meets the ferocious Leon the lion, to London where she assists her hero Sherlock Holmes in trying to solve a baffling mystery and to the circus where she inspires Alice to achieve her ambition.
But Lillie is hounded by her teacher and parents, who want her to stay in their hum drum world of reality.
In the show Lillie is played by four aspiring Tilba actors - three represent Lillie when her imagination takes over, and the fourth when Lillie has to confront those who would stop her from reading.
You'll meet Dr Phil, Wicked Pedia, Dr Cluezz and the General - books that like to engage in a commentary on Lillie's problems.
There are dancers, singers, circus performers - it's all there in a wonderful creation by Peter Markham that will leave you wanting to race home and pick up a book.
With a final 7pm show on Friday night, it's a great opportunity to take the whole family to a night you won't quickly forget.
Tickets to all shows are available by ringing Linda at school on 4473 7210.
Tickets will also be available at each performance at a cost of $6 for adults, $4 for school aged children and pre-schoolers free.
Come along and see what can be achieved at your local small school!
