Well done to all the workers on Montague Island who are doing a great job in pretty challenging circumstances.
Before you get jealous, 10 days is a long time to be away from friends and family, especially when it’s a just a few kilometres offshore.
Making life easier apparently is the excellent cook and marvellous scenery and sunsets.
The helicopter should be back this weekend for the next lift of roofing materials allowing the boys to get back at work.
Now speaking of epic, well done to Macca for his world-first SUP mission out to Montague Island – it just shows if you have a dream you can make it happen.
Lastly, everyone in Narooma was sad to lose Wal Worboys and the comments have been flowing on Facebook and around town.
Make sure to head to his wake at Club Dalmeny this Friday at 1pm to celebrate the life and times of Wal.
