The new owners of the hotel are locals Michelle and Nick Coric who are presently the proprietors of Flanagan’s Café in Moruya.
Managing the bar is Rose Flavell who has relocated from Jindabyne and the new chef is local lad Tim Dunsmore.
Work is presently being undertaken to refurbish the accommodation in the heritage listed hotel and plans are underway to build a pergola for live music in the beer garden.
Chef Tim Dunsmore is serving lunch seven days per week and dinner from Wednesday to Saturday night.
“At the moment the menu is just simple pub food,” Tim said.
“We need to get things established but we a looking into doing gastro pub meals later in the year,” he said.
