Jayden and his family were regular visitors to Narooma as his great grandmother is Fay Brown, nee Davis, a very long term resident of Narooma.
His great aunt is Cristine Bueters, also a resident of Narooma.
On August 16, Jayden was swimming in a river at Gordonvale with a friend when he was pulled under and drowned.
His mum Tanya recently moved her three children to Far North Queensland so that she could serve the Innisfail community as an Advanced Care Paramedic.
Her fellow paramedics have set up a website where people can donate.
“She has now found herself dealing with an unimaginable loss. As well as having just moved, Tanya now has to pay for the funeral of her son, an expense a parent should never have to prepare for.”
The family is driving all the way back to Bowral for Jayden’s funeral.
