It states the acts are a danger to both public health as well as the health of council staff engaged in daily cleaning duties.
Should this continue, the toilets will be closed during evenings, weekends and holiday periods, as council cannot guarantee cleanliness or safety for users.
Local police have been informed and asked to closely monitor the area.
Council urges anyone who intends to commit damage to public assets to consider that their actions may affect other users and the community in the long term, with possible closures of facilities such as these toilets.
