Nestled at the base of the coastal range, a secret fresh water swimming hole was the chosen venue. Bob, our new thermometer, measured the water temperature at 9.5C, a BBB record!
One Blue Pointer (lady swimmer), two Blue Balls (adult male) and two Blue Bottles (junior swimmers) now lay claim to the Far South Coast winter swimming bragging rights.
A warming brew and scrummy peach cake, courtesy of Sally, enjoyed beside the pristine waterway ensured the memory of the morning will be a highlight of our winter swimming season.
