Supervising was Eurobodalla PCYC youth officer Greg Curry, joined by Aboriginal community liaison officer Eddie Moore, Eurobodalla council’s social and economic development officer for Wallaga Lake Koori Village Sean Burke and Aaron Williams from Campbell Page’s Youth Connections program.
There are plans by Country Rugby League to install a pitch and goal posts at the Tilba sportsground and while Wallaga Stingrays hopes to field teams in Group 16 competition next year.
Two teams of Under 16 girls and boys are also going to travel to Dubbo to play in the indigenous PCYC Nations of Origin rugby league tournament in July.

It is hoped that activities such as boxing fitness for all ages will begin in the Narooma Sports and Leisure Centre soon.
Acting manager Andrew Flint from the Nowra PCYC is also organising two committees to oversee operations in Eurobodalla and Bega shires.
