Transport for NSW said the convoy, under police escort, would come through between 9.30am and 2pm from Jeremadra to Batemans Bay.
On Friday, speed limits would be reduced between 60 and 80 km/h for the safety of workers and road users.
Motorists could experience intermittent delays due to trucks crossing bridges at reduced speeds of 10 km/h along the delivery route, Transport for NSW said.
Motorists were advised to drive to the conditions; safely use designated overtaking lanes and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
Temporary speed limit signage was being installed along the Princes Highway. These signs would be installed prior to speed limit changes coming into effect.
Transport for NSW said the exercise would be carried out on Monday, December 16 if it was delayed due to bushfire hazards or poor weather.
The actual segment movement would happen in 2020.
Transport for NSW thanked motorists for their patience during this time.
